Evolutionary Leaders is a community of global thought leaders from diverse fields who come together in synergy to inspire and support new models of leadership and visionary action where collaboration thrives, partnerships emerge, and creative solutions take flight.
Our Moment of Choice
The Source of Synergy Foundation’s debut book is a powerful, uplifting, and timely call to action, offering visionary insights, transformative resources, and actionable steps from 43 members of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle. Together, they guide us through this pivotal moment of choice and amplify the global movement for transformation on which our future depends. Our Moment of Choice has earned prestigious honors, including the 2020 Gold Nautilus Award in Rising to the Moment, the 2021 New York Book Festival Award for Compilations/Anthologies, the 2021 COVR Silver Visionary Award, and the Gold Living Now Book Award for Social Activism.

The Source of Synergy Foundation organizes gatherings where leaders, visionaries, and innovators from various fields come together to synergize and inspire deeper community connections, cooperative partnerships and new insights that propel and elevate the evolutionary movement for global change.
Synergy Circles
The Source of Synergy Foundation encourages the formation and supports the development of Circles, Salons and Evolutionary Roundtables to build upon the synergistic collaborations, insights, revelations and agreements that emerge out of the Retreats, Journeys and other forums, and take them to the next level of engagement.
Synergy Superstar Awards
This Award is given to extraordinary individuals who Source the power of Synergy to: expand human consciousness, increase our connection with the totality of all and utilize their vast gifts in service to the great evolutionary awakening which sets into motion Potent Forces of creative transformational change.

Evolutionary Partners Network
The Evolutionary Partners Network is a pilot project, currently restricted to organizations, movements and conscious businesses associated with members of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle. Its vision is to join together in partnership to collaboratively co-create and synergize a global network of networks, organizations and individuals dedicated to accelerating the evolution of consciousness for the benefit of all life.

The Source of Synergy Foundation ignites the power of collaboration by encouraging and supporting the development of Salons, Lounges, and Evolutionary Roundtables which invite participants to elevate connections to new levels of meaningful engagement and collective impact.

Communicating Synergy/Educational Outreach
SOSF utilizes and leverages diverse communication tools, including newsletters (The Edge and The Synergy Circles Newsletter), books, videos, and social media platforms such as websites, blogs, X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. These educational portals amplify the collective wisdom cultivated through our activities, partnerships and new ways of thinking and being that can foster greater outreach and impact that expands and deepens connection, collaboration, and consciousness.
Journies
The Source of Synergy Foundation leads Synergistic Educational Journeys that activate our highest and fullest capacities, expand synergistic engagement and push the boundaries of our current perceptions of reality – of what we know and of what we can accomplish. The Journeys offer unique experiences to connect and creatively collaborate with the transformative energies and higher frequencies of the world’s sacred power places, and to bear witness to global challenges and humanity’s achievements. Along the way we explore innovative solutions that demonstrate how our consciousness, in alignment with the intelligence of nature and the subtle, often unrecognized dimensions of reality, can support personal, collective and global healing. Journey participants emerge transformed and inspired to engage in the most fulfilling, deeply empowered and synergistic work of our times.
